So What Are You Doing on Giving Tuesday?

So, what are you doing today for Giving Tuesday? How about contributing to one of the crowdfunding campaigns on UHelp. You can help one or more of the current projects reach their fundraising goals. Giving Tuesday is the designated public day for charitable donations.  It comes after Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

UHelp is the perfect platform for your organization’s Giving Tuesday celebration. This would allow your donors to find you online and contribute to your uniquely designed campaign. To prepare for an event or campaign, you’ll need to do a few things, first. Advanced preparation is key.

A nonprofit's greatest asset is its community; this is the current list of donors and supporters. Giving Tuesday History

Giving Tuesday is a social media event created by 92 Street Y, a nonprofit cultural and community center in New York City. More specifically, Giving Tuesday is marked as a day of giving, following Thanksgiving Thursday. Per GivingTuesday.org, Giving Tuesday kicks off the charitable season and is fueled by social media. Remember to hashtag your actions on social media with #GivingTuesday.
