Our nonprofit assists low-to-moderate-income families and communities reaching towards economic self-sufficiency.
The Humanitas Community Development Corporation was established in April of 1988 to assist low-income and economically distressed businesses with consulting and organizational experience to secure federal, state, local and private funds in rural and urban areas of Tarrant County.
Humanitas CDC will bring more projects, programs and direct assistance dollars to Fort Worth and Tarrant County in Texas, empowering low-income and economically distressed business areas to assist low-income neighborhoods and communities.

Banking and Financial Institution Support
Foreclosure and Home Saving Counseling
Our CDC also assists our low-to-moderate-income clients with financial literacy training, first-time home buyer counseling and foreclosure-prevention counseling.
